breakfast today was chia banana oats topped with more banana, an apricot, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, dark chocolate and peanut butter!

Psychologically, inverted yogic practice make us feel “my whole world has been turned upside down”. If we could get used to that feeling, it would not be such a drama when our lives are overturned. If we turn things upside down, voluntarily and regularly, it’s less of a shock when that happens without a warning. ❤
